Giving Back

Giving Back is integral to the values upon which we are founded.

Thread Tales Co. is founded on the story of our inspirational Midwife-mum. Whilst working for a charity in remote areas in Myanmar she discovered the gorgeous, sustainable Lotus fabric, which she brought back from her travels to show us. The Lotus is now our signature fabric.

This beginning shaped our company from the outset with strong ethical and environmental principles. Thread Tales Co. was inspired by the experience of travel, discovering rare, beautiful, sustainably produced fabrics, hand-woven by Artisans from around the world, and the journey of how to support them both creatively and ethically.

Whilst we are not a charity, we are charitable! We create thoughtful products specifically to fund-raise and also contribute to charitable events where we donate profits to aligned environmental and ethical causes.
We have a Giving Back programme, designed to make an impact environmentally, sustainably and economically.
